I pride myself on creating your event for you. I will listen to what you have in mind and from there develop a plan which covers every detail. My experience enables me to provide you examples of what is likely to suit your particular requirements but I always relish the challenge of something new!
Whether you are looking for someone to take on the whole project or just one area I run it on your behalf enabling you to enjoy a stress free occasion for you and your guests.
Theming and Event Design
I am more than happy to take on board your ideas for themes and am willing to help in any way possible to design your event to suit you.
I pride myself on a kiwi ‘can do’ attitude and will go out of our way to organize and source things for you.
Over the last 12 years I have come across a wide variety of companies who supply their services to the catering trade and have therefore acquired a large number of contacts in “my little black book”.
Event Management
Once the plan is in place and the preparation completed I ensure that throughout your event I have the right people in the right place at the right time. I communicate with you constantly to ensure that you are happy with how things are going and will respond rapidly to any unexpected requests or requirements that you may have. I pride myself on being pro active at ensuring that everything goes smoothly.
Venues
The majority of my events are held on the clients property but I have also catered at many other venues, including The Cathedral Centre in Lincoln, Witham Hall School, Gorse Lodge and various Halls and Conference Centres for parties and funerals.
Equipment Hire
I have a variety of different place setting and marquee decorations available for hire and am able to source alternative equipment should you require me too.
